Marked "Delivered"

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist with carrier claims and may offer a one-time courtesy solution at our discretion.

Shipping Delay

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are entirely outside of our control. While we always aim to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
